Job Description:

1.        Provide clients with debt financing solutions (including bonds, hybrid capital, structured products, derivatives, and liability management), in close collaboration with Investment Banking Department in pitching for fixed income transactions and developing businesses

2.        Execute transactions including managing underwriting risk, coordinating the marketing, bookbuilding, pricing, and allocation process across departments

3.        Innovate and develop new fixed income products

4.        Follow bond markets closely and produce market analysis

Knowledge

Strong academic background in the areas of macro economics or international finance

Skills and Abilities

• Solid skills of economic and quantitative analysis

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English

• Good team player with integrity and willing to work hard

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in the macroeconomics or international finance relevant fields.

• Relevant work experiences with a top-tier financial institution desirable.

• 3 years above experiences in areas of fixed income, structured finance, or macro research, etc.
