RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Perform fundamental research analysis on the public sector including government agencies and regions in order to provide recommendations and trade ideas to a wide range of international investors.

• Discuss the conclusions of your analytical work with internal areas such as sales and trading as well as external clients in meetings and conference calls.

• Provide support to the bond origination team. Formulate opinions of new issues and review the financial information provided by issuers periodically.

• Participate in client-related marketing activities in Spain and abroad on a regular basis.    

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least four years of relevant research experience in the public sector. Knowledge of other sectors will be highly regarded.

• Excellent understanding of credit fundamentals and financial markets.

• Superb analytical and numerical skills.

• Outstanding written, communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.

• Proven team working ability. Initiative and leadership capacity.

• Solid track record of successfully delivering results. Strong client focus.
