Based in Brisbane, the Business Relationship Manager's (BRM) key objective is to source, identify and acquire new business customers whilst managing, developing and retaining existing quality business relationships.
Sitting within the Retail arm of the bank, the BRM is responsible for managing a high end client portfolio of SME's, maximizing revenue opportunities and proactively delivering an appropriate suite of products and services in response to customer needs.
Key responsibilities include;
Grow revenues of an assigned portfolio of Business Banking customers by effectively managing, developing, and retaining quality business relationships.
Acquire high quality new business relationships.
Proactively deliver an appropriate suite of products and services in response to customer needs, both domestically and internationally.
Cross-selling and referring customers appropriately to specialists or other customer segments, with a focus on Premier and Corporate Banking.
Strong relationship management to ensure success across sales performance
Upholding credit policies and maintaining a balanced approach to risk management
To be successful in this role you will have;
Strong background in business development and credit, including extensive knowledge and proven sales success with the Banks products and services.
Ability to identify, and communicate customer requirements.
Strong sales, organisational, analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate at a high-level
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline highly desirable.
